In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview Global Information Security (GIS) - Cyber Security Technology, Identity & Authentication Services (GIS CST - IAS) team is responsible for defining, documenting, and publicizing the strategic roadmap for various Identity and Access Management technology stacks for Bank of America. The team looks into the industry best practices in IAM area and works to align them to enterprise needs.

This role involves specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies with a deeper understanding of SSO and authentication directory services. The individual must be able to meet demands of working across multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior technology leaders and business partners. Organized evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role.

Tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization will also be required.

Responsibilities





- Create SSO policies as per business requirements
- Troubleshoot SSO related issues while onboarding the enterprise applications
- Responsible to do a deep dive research, analysis, and resolution of issues
- Work closely with Business & Technical analysts to implement enhancements and new integrations
- Responsible for assisting users and application teams to resolve system/business process questions and issues related to specific applications such as web services, Unix, Core Java, LDAP etc.
- Responsible for tracking issues & tasks in ReqIT/Jira by following documented processes and procedures and meeting service level agreements
- Responsible for developing custom solutions in Ping Federate, Ping Access
- Bridge the gap between SSO teams designing solutions and business partners to fully understand and design authentication solutions as per their requirements
- Document the solution use cases, process improvement, and SSO configuration modernization

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Certifications If Any: NA
- Experience Range: 4 years

Foundational skills

- Experience of Ping Access (SSO) & Ping Federate
- Knowledge on LDAP, SAML, OAuth2.0/ OIDC protocols and frameworks
- Knowledge on Multi-factor Authentication/ FIDO
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills

Desired skills

- Basic networking concepts and knowledge on firewall and load balancer
- Basic knowledge of RHEL and Windows Server OS
- Basic knowledge of Apache and IIS server configuration

Work Timings 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
