We are looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead to drive the architecture and development of enterprise AI solutions involving RAG, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs and AI-powered business applications.

- Key Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 3+ years in production AI/ML systems
- Solid Python engineering skills
- Hands-on experience building production-grade RAG pipelines
- Hybrid search / Vector databases –
- Elasticsearch, Vespa, FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant or equivalent
- LLM frameworks –
- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Ollama, HuggingFace
- Strong Data Engineering –
- ETL/ELT, Spark, Airflow, Kafka
- Strong SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge
- REST APIs / SAP OData / BAPI or equivalent ERP integration
- Docker, Kubernetes &
- Helm
- Exposure to MLOps, LLM observability and Knowledge Graphs is an advantage
