We are looking for an ambitious and tech-driven AI Gen Developer Intern to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge enterprise applications, integrating robust backend services with modern Generative AI models, RAG pipelines, and conversational AI interfaces. You will collaborate closely with senior developers to build scalable microservices and real-time data pipelines for digital governance and public-purpose technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain backend RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in integrating Generative AI architectures, LLM APIs, and vector databases into existing backend platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement secure, high-throughput microservices.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Eligibility & Educational Background
Candidates currently pursuing or graduated with any of the following degrees:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Information Technology
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
- M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Java.
- Hands-on academic or project experience with the Spring Boot framework.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Foundational understanding of REST APIs and web services architecture.
- Keen interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with Git/version control is a plus.
