We are hiring a mid-senior level backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services. Candidates should have a solid track record of delivering scalable, production-quality software.

What You'll Do

- Build and optimize backend services and APIs.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
- Work closely with frontend and product teams.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive process improvements and automation.

Must have





- 3+ years of experience in Backend / AI Engineering -Strong proficiency in Python -Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask -Experience building and scaling backend services / APIs -Strong exposure to model deployment in production -Hands-on experience with LLM integration or RAG pipelines -Understanding of system scalability, reliability, and security -Ability to build production-grade backend infrastructure

Good to have

- Prior experience in FinTech / Financial Services -Experience working in a startup / VC-backed environment -Exposure to AI Agents / Agentic workflows -Familiarity with MLOps / model serving infrastructure -Experience in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers -Solid collaboration with product and frontend teams -Exposure to automation and process improvements -Experience owning backend systems end-to-end
