Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and self-driven individual to independently manage sales, marketing and admissions counseling for the Institute. This is a field-plus-office role: the person will be responsible for generating enquiries and enrolments, running local marketing and outreach initiatives, and personally welcoming and counseling every walk-in visitor at the Institute — explaining our programmes, philosophy and value clearly and persuasively.

This role is ideal for someone who can comfortably wear multiple hats — part marketing professional, part sales closer, part front-of-house counselor — and represent the Institute's brand and philosophy with warmth and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions

● Handle end-to-end enquiry-to-enrolment conversion for prospective students and their families.

● Counsel walk-in visitors and phone/online enquiries in person — explain the Institute's courses, philosophy, recognition status, and career outcomes clearly.

● Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy admissions pipeline; meet monthly enrolment targets.

● Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and conversions (CRM/tracker).

Marketing & Outreach

● Plan and execute local marketing activities — print, digital, social media, community outreach, and partnerships with schools, agencies and referral sources.

● Coordinate content and campaigns for the Institute's social media and digital presence,



working with external agencies/freelancers where required.

● Represent the Institute at education fairs, open days, and community events.

● Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, care organisations and local stakeholders to generate a steady enquiry pipeline.

Front Office & Institute Representation

● Be based at the Institute office and serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, warmly representing the Institute's brand and values.

● Coordinate Institute tours/orientation sessions for prospective students and parents.

● Liaise with the academic/operations team to stay current on course details, intake schedules, and fee structures, to counsel accurately.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred, not mandatory with strong relevant experience).

● 2–5 years of experience in sales, admissions counseling, or marketing, ideally in the education, healthcare, or services sector.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English essential, working proficiency in German preferred.

● Confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging with visitors, students and families face-to-face.

● Self-motivated and comfortable owning both strategic (marketing/branding) and hands-on (walk-in counseling, follow-ups) aspects of the role.

● Basic familiarity with digital marketing/social media management and CRM or enquiry-tracking tools.

● Eligible to live and work in Germany, or eligible to obtain relevant work authorisation.
