About the RoleAre you passionate about digital marketing and eager to dive into performance marketing? Innovyx Tech Labs is looking for enthusiastic Ads Campaign Interns to join our growth team in Bangalore.
This is a hands-on, 3-month internship designed for fast learners who want to build real-world experience managing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other digital channels. Freshers with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup &
• Management: Assist in building, organizing, and launching paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms.
- Ad Copy &
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with design and content teams to draft compelling ad copy and visual hooks that convert.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance, impression metrics, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion costs.
- Optimization &
- A/B Testing: Run audience and creative tests to optimize campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports to track leads,
ad spend efficiency, and channel growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Freshers & • Immediate Joiners with a passion for digital marketing, media buying, and analytics.
- Basic understanding or interest in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Social Media Marketing.
- Good analytical mindset—comfortable looking at performance metrics and Excel/Google Sheets data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in-office full-time in Bangalore.
