We are looking for a confident, student-focused, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, build meaningful conversations, and drive admissions through personalized counselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their *academic and career aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance on *courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
- Manage and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective counselling.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Achieve assigned *admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Ideal Candidate





2+ years of experience in Admissions, Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, or a related industry.

- Proven ability to achieve *admission and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid student engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling prospective students and parents.
- Ability to work effectively in a *fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
