Role Description The Accounting Analyst role at DNA Growth is a full time, on-site position based in the Mohali district.

The Accounting

Analyst will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and reconciling journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, and supporting accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities. This role includes analyzing financial statements, assisting in financial reporting,



and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The Accounting

Analyst will also help ensure compliance with accounting standards, assist in process improvements and automation initiatives, and provide data-backed insights to support business and client decision-making. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply core accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Ability to analyze Financial Statements and support the preparation of management reports and dashboards.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software; experience with tools like Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau is beneficial.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
