Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Academic Counsellor – B2C Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, handling inbound and outbound leads, and driving admissions for Quad AI’s BTech and BBA programs. The counsellor will manage follow-ups, explain programs and career opportunities, handle objections, and convert leads into applications and enrolments.

The role also includes student outreach through calls, WhatsApp, events, and other engagement channels, while maintaining lead records and achieving admission targets.





Key Responsibilities

*Manage and convert B2C leads through calls, WhatsApp, and counselling sessions.

*Counsel students and parents on programs, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.

*Drive leads through enquiry → counselling → application → enrolment.

*Maintain regular follow-ups, handle objections, and update CRM records.

*Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in B2C sales, admissions, academic counselling, EdTech, or a related field.
- Strong communication, counselling, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.
- Should be able to make 100-150 calls a day.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle student/parent interactions and outreach activities.
