Salary Offered:
• ₹23,000 In-Hand per Month During Training
• ₹26,000 In-Hand per Month After Training

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat for international clients
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required
• Maintain high service quality standards
• Meet process and performance metrics

Preferred Background:
• BPO Voice/Non-Voice Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
