Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through proactive outreach to booked clients, identifying the nature and purpose of travel (celebration, occasion, special event, etc.).
Pitch and convert upsell opportunities including décor setups, barbeque arrangements, private chef experiences, live singers, DJs, musicians, themed celebrations, and more.
Build solid relationships with clients to understand preferences and provide curated luxury experiences.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal operational teams for seamless event execution.
Ensure timely delivery of décor, entertainment and celebration elements as per brand guidelines.
Maintain accurate event checklists, vendor details, costs, and client approvals.
Track lead conversions and revenue generated through experiential upselling.
Provide on-ground support during key events, especially on weekends/holidays.
Manage multiple requests simultaneously while ensuring superior guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements
(Education, Technical Skills & Personal Traits)
Graduate in Hospitality, Event Management,



or related field.
2+ years of experience in guest experience, events coordination or hospitality sales — preferably in luxury hospitality.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
Strong negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities.
Confident, proactive, and passionate about crafting premium experiences.
High level of ownership, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working weekends, extended hours, and flexible shifts aligned with guest needs.
