Job Profile:
The Factory Manager is responsible for leading overall plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing while meeting customer requirements and business objectives. The role focuses on operational excellence, people leadership, continuous improvement, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
Drive operational excellence through resource optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and lead plant managers and cross-functional teams.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a solid safety culture and support employee development and training.
Monitor plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
Manage operational risks and lead crisis response activities when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
Progressive experience in manufacturing and operations management, including prior leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of plant operations,



production management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
Understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence experience.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience handling audits, risk management, and change management initiatives.
