Create PCB layouts for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics designs using Altium Designer .
Develop and maintain PCB footprints, component libraries, and design rules.
Translate circuit schematics into manufacturable PCB designs.
Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and impedance-controlled design.
Conduct design rule checks (DRC), electrical rule checks (ERC), and layout reviews.
Work with hardware engineers to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI).
Generate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, ODB++, BOM, pick-and-place files, and assembly drawings.
Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and company design practices.
Maintain design documentation and revision control throughout the product lifecycle.
