CTC: Approx. ₹28,000/month
In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹23,000/month
Statutory Bonus: Approx. ₹2,000/month
One-Side Pickup/Drop Facility for Odd-Hour Shifts
5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts, including night shifts
⏰ Shift Duration: 9.5 Hours

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Handle customer queries through chat support
✅ Provide timely and effective resolutions
✅ Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
