### About the Role
As a Life Mitra, you will help individuals and families understand their life insurance and financial protection needs and assist them in choosing suitable SBI Life insurance solutions.
This role is suitable for people who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, sales, and financial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new customers through personal networking, referrals and local outreach.
* Understand customers' financial protection and insurance requirements.
* Explain relevant SBI Life insurance products in simple language.
* Assist customers throughout the policy application and documentation process.
* Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing customers.
* Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
* Work towards assigned business and activity targets.
* Participate in customer meetings, awareness activities and promotional campaigns.
* Provide appropriate after-sales support and coordinate with the company/branch when required.
* Follow applicable company policies, regulatory requirements and ethical sales practices.
