We are looking for a dedicated Fireman to join our team in Sanaswadi. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and hold a diploma in a related field. This is a full time position, and the work will be conducted from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fire Suppression and Control: Respond quickly to fire emergencies, using appropriate equipment and techniques to extinguish flames and prevent the spread of fire.

- Rescue Operations: Conduct rescue operations to save individuals trapped in dangerous situations, ensuring their safety and stability during evacuations.

- Inspection of Equipment: Regularly check and maintain firefighting equipment and tools, making sure they are in good condition and ready for use at all times.

- Fire Prevention Awareness: Educate the community and workplace on fire safety practices to reduce the risk of fire incidents through training sessions and demonstrations.

- Emergency Response Planning: Assist in creating and reviewing emergency response plans, ensuring all team members are familiar with procedures during crises.

- Strong physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively during emergencies.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions during emergency situations.

- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with attention to detail in all tasks.

- Valid firefighting certification and knowledge of fire behavior and prevention methods are preferred.
