As a Design Engineer at Mindtickle,



you are someone who moves fluently between design and code, brings design intent to life with precision, and raises the bar for what "shipped" looks like. You'll co-own our design system in code, prototype ideas before they're fully specced, and be the connective tissue between design thinking and production reality.

Key Responsibilities
- Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes that go beyond what design tools alone can express: motion, data states, edge cases for both web and mobile.
- Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0) to accelerate prototype velocity without sacrificing quality or craft
- Own and evolve Mindtickle's UI component library and maintain tight parity between Figma components and production-quality front-end code
