nWe're looking for a backend developer who thinks critically about system design, clean code, and
nlong-term scalability. You'll be part of a lean, fast-moving team, responsible for building and
nmaintaining the APIs and backend services that power our platform.
nThis is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced startup environment and
ntakes end-to-end responsibility for the systems they build.
nWhat You'll Do

- Develop and maintain highly scalable backend systems and APIsn
- Work with MongoDB and other data stores (NoSQL/SQL)n
- Design, deploy,



and operate services on cloud infrastructuren
- Optimize performance and reliability at scalen
- Contribute to code reviews and system architecture decisionsn
- Collaborate with the tech team in short feedback loops to ship, learn, and iterate quickly.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- Experience: 3+ years of backend development experiencen
- Languages: Proficiency in Python (preferably Django or Flask)n
- Databases: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar databasesn
- Cloud: Experience building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)n
- Architecture: Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture principlesn
- Code Quality: Obsession with clean, maintainable code and modular designn
- Mindset: A "tech purist" approach you enjoy building things the right way, not just then
