Job Purpose: Lead Finance & Accounts operations and ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial
reporting, cash-flow management and effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations.
Supervise Accounts Payable, Receivables and General Ledger.
Lead monthly and annual closing activities.
Review accounting entries, reconciliations and financial records.
Manage GST, TDS and other taxation activities.
Monitor cash flow, banking and working capital.
Prepare MIS and management reports.
Support budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
Ensure statutory and accounting compliance.
Establish and improve financial controls.
Guide and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
