Job Summary:We are looking for a Site Engineer to conduct residential home inspections during handover and pre-possession stages. The role involves on-site quality checks, defect identification, report preparation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct pre-handover and handover inspections for apartments and villas
Check civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and basic MEP works
Identify construction defects as per BIS / NBC standards
Use inspection tools (laser level, spirit level, moisture meter, etc.)
Capture site photos and videos for reporting
Prepare inspection reports accurately and on time
Explain defects clearly to clients on site
Coordinate with internal team for scheduling and follow-ups




Maintain professionalism while dealing with builders and clients
Ensure inspection quality and brand standards are maintained
Required Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
0–3 years of experience (Freshers with site exposure can apply)
Basic knowledge of residential construction and finishing works
Ability to travel to multiple sites daily
Valid two-wheeler license preferred
Skills & Competencies:Solid observation and attention to detail
Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English preferred)
Willingness to learn inspection standards and tools
Professional attitude and discipline
Ability to work independently on site
Tools & Training:Training on inspection process and standards will be provided
Inspection tools will be provided by the company
