We are looking for an experienced underwriter with solid expertise in risk assessments,underwriting,and policy servicing across General Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting and risk evaluation with defined TATs
Handling quotations, renewals,RFQs,endorsements, and policy issuance.
Coordinating with clients, brokers, IMDs, channel partners, and sales teams to provide underwriting support.
Liaising with Reinsurance and corporate underwriting teams for refferals, approvals and quotations.
Ensuring quality checks of policies and underwriting documents.
Preparing monthly MIS and business reports
Tracking renewals and supporting business retention intiatives.
Assisting operations and IT teams with policy issuance processes and UAT activities.
Resolving audit queries and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
