Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven candidate to join our team as a Delegate Acquisition Management Executive. The role involves reaching out to CXOs and senior professionals, inviting them to CXO Junctions events and initiatives, managing registrations and follow-ups, and ensuring strong delegate participation.

Location: Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate joiner- 30 days

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtable, and community initiatives.
Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
Build and maintain solid qualified relationships with delegates.

What Were Looking For




Fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with senior specialists and CXOs.
Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
Target-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, business development, or events is an added advantage but not mandatory.
