Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam.
Communicate effectively with customers and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update system data.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / ITI / Diploma
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Male and Female candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
