Supervise day-to-day construction/manufacturing activities.
Coordinate with production, design, site, QA/QC, contractors and vendors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, productivity, safety and timelines.
Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
Identify and resolve site/production problems.
Coordinate material requirements, procurement and movement.
Monitor project/production progress and prepare reports.
Read and understand structural/shop drawings and ensure correct execution.
Coordinate between factory/manufacturing and site erection/installation, where applicable.
Maintain project/production documentation and records.
