About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals from the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Healthcare domain to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, payment posting, or healthcare operations, we'd love to connect with you.

Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end RCM processes including billing, coding, AR follow-up, and payment posting
Review and process medical claims accurately and within timelines
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and denials
Post payments and reconcile accounts accurately
Identify and resolve billing/coding discrepancies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim issues
Maintain accurate documentation of processes and claim statuses




Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the process

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, or Healthcare Operations
Strong understanding of RCM processes and terminology
Familiarity with insurance claims, denials, and reimbursement processes
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal)
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Billing software/tools)

Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate
Prior experience with US Healthcare RCM process is an advantage
