We are looking for a skilled Senior Tester with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Conduct performance and security testing to ensure the scalability and reliability of applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
Job Requirements
Robust understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document test cases and results.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaboration tools is an asset.
