Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Engineer FATP Process responsible for managing and improving the Final Assembly, Testing & Packing (FATP) operations. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, achieving production targets, improving line efficiency, reducing rejection/rework, and maintaining quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day FATP production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
Monitor and control line productivity, efficiency, OEE, rejection, rework and downtime.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and standardized processes.
Coordinate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, NPI and Planning teams for smooth production.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement line balancing and process improvement initiatives.




Analyze production losses and take corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor manpower deployment and optimize manpower utilization across FATP lines.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, fixtures and other production resources.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of FATP / Final Assembly processes in electronics manufacturing.
Understanding of assembly, testing, inspection and packing processes.
Knowledge of line balancing, cycle time, takt time and manpower planning.
Hands-on experience in production planning and shop-floor management.
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
