We are looking for a skilled Level 2 Operations Support Analyst to join our team in Finacle Treasury Management (FTM). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations support and experience with Finacle Treasury Management.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide operational support for Finacle Treasury Management (FTM) systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FTM with other systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of FTM processes and procedures.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to FTM.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for treasury management.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of financial markets and treasury management principles.
Experience with Finacle Treasury Management (FTM) system is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
