We are looking for a agile and result-oriented IT/HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions. This role requires robust sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to ensure the timely hiring of quality candidates. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Track and update recruitment metrics, candidate status, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate management.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.
