Role & responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for digital content production and publishing workflows.
Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline publishing processes.
Work with structured content/data including DITA XML, XML, JSON and CSV.
Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
Support content transformation, publishing pipelines and process improvements.
Collaborate with editorial, production and technology teams.
Preferred candidate profile
810 years of relevant experience in automation, digital publishing, content operations or related areas.
Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js and/or ExtendScript.
Experience with DITA XML/XML, JSON, HTML and CSS.
Valuable understanding of digital content creation, transformation and publishing workflows.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience with CMS/publishing pipelines preferred.
Adobe InDesign/InDesign scripting is an added advantage.
B.E./B.Tech or relevant qualification.
Candidates with 1530 days notice preferred.
