Role & responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and qualified networks.
Ensure closure of positions within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Handle recruitment for leadership, middle management, engineering, manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other support functions.
Preferred candidate profile
-Having exposure to work in Diversity Hiring.
-Have handled bulk recruitment from end to end.
