Telecaller
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment of outstanding dues.
Explain payment details, due amounts, and available payment options to customers.
Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly collection and calling targets.
Positive Hindi and Punjabi communication skills required.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Previous experience in loan collection, telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
