Key Responsibilities :
Provide timely and accurate HR administrative support to employees, retirees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Manage employee records and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, benefits administration, mobility support, and offboarding activities.
Handle employee enquiries through case management and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and business units to deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and HR service excellence projects.




Contribute to digital transformation and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation, Tourism, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or a similar employee support workplace.
Experience with case management systems, HR ticketing platforms, customer service support, or quality assurance processes will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
