Lead Machine unloading, erection, installation and commissioning activities.
Lead the shift activities pertaining to entire plant equipment and utilities.
Preparation adherence of Preventive Maintenance Schedule for plant machineries utilities
Effective Predictive proactive maintenance system.
Effective breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis.
Maintenance spare parts / Store Management.
Works in shifts
Management System documentation
Actively participating in Kaizen, TPM, etc
Part of EHS committee, and various other committees.
Knowledge, Skills Experience
What skills, qualifications and experience do the role need
Behavioral Skills / Competencies
Essential
Valid C License holder
Experience of working in a high production workplace, primarily in a process oriented or heavy plant industries.
Experience in erection and commissioning of equipment.
Experience in reconditioning / retro fitment of machines.
Have experience of leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in maintenance process and documentation.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
IT literate, notably excel, word etc.
Exposure and promotion of Health Safety is essential and preferably with a relevant qualification
Experience in PLC, Servo Drives, Control Systems, Robots.
Exposure of CI systems; e.g., TPM, Kanban, 5S etc.
