We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in financial reporting.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
14 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST and TDS.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience with Tally Prime/ERP software.
Knowledge of Indian accounting practices and statutory compliance.
M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.
