Experience: 5 - 10 years in HR & Recruitment, with hands-on experience in international recruitment, especially African countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and international locations.
Handle recruitment for Ghana , Sudan and other African countries.
Source candidates for technical, engineering, production, sales, and management positions.
Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Coordinate documentation, mobilization, and relocation for international hires.
Maintain recruitment MIS, pipelines, and hiring reports.
