Mandatory Skills:
Solid experience in Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems).
Extensive knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
FTTx (Fiber to the X) Networks
IP/MPLS Networks
Transport/TDM Networks
Ethernet Networks
4G/5G Wireless Networks
Expertise in Network Planning, Provisioning, Fault Management, Performance Management, and Service Assurance.
Understanding of Telecom OSS tools and platforms.
Experience in network operations, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SDH, DWDM, GPON, Routing & Switching concepts is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and telecom industry standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support Telecom OSS solutions.
Analyze and optimize telecom network performance across wireline and wireless technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for OSS integration and network transformation projects.
Troubleshoot complex network and service issues.
Support network operations, service provisioning, and assurance activities.
Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for telecom network modernization.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
