Roles and Responsibilities :
The person at this position would be responsible for productive management of Porter System established in hospital. He / She would timely review the processes and give inputs for improvising upon them.
Job Requirements :
Experience in manpower handling, service supervision, shift planning, floor management, and porter duties is desirable.
To manage and supervise complete Porter system in hospital
To train staff about the processes and technology to be used
To assure availability of well trained staff at all point of time at assigned areas
To have regular communication and coordination with all departments so as to maintain efficiency of porter system processes and avoid delays in calls
To prepare duty roaster, look for attendance and sanction leaves of staff in coordination with Manager Administration.
