Ensure on-time delivery and effective change management execution.
Coordinate work packages and develop risk mitigation plans.
Drive program reviews and provide QCD reports to stakeholders.

Skills Required:
15+ years of relevant experience
Strong experience in program and project management.
Hands-on experience in embedded systems projects.
PMP certification.




Experience in people and team management.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management.
Experience in planning, scheduling, and project execution.
Valuable understanding of cost estimation and budget management.
Experience in risk and change management.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
