Job Description: Civil Engineer Construction & Site Supervision

Position: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
Department: Construction
Experience: 2–5 years
Job Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Monitor civil construction work as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other site teams.
Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
Assist in planning,



execution, and completion of construction work.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site activities and workers.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Willingness to work at construction sites.
