Address students questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate student enquiry records and follow-up details.
Achieve admission and counselling targets set by the management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
04 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales,



or customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with students.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Positive attitude, patience, and a student-focused approach.
