Role & responsibilities

Must-have
4+ years backend engineering; solid GoLang + Python and SQLAlchemy / PostgreSQL
Proven design of RBAC/ABAC and multi-tenant authorization;
Identity integration: OIDC, SAML 2.0, OAuth2, SCIM, LDAP / Active Directory; group-to-role mapping.
Redis, Celery / async task queues, REST API design, and database migrations.
Security-first engineering: audit logging, secrets handling, OWASP awareness, least-privilege design.

Nice-to-have
LLM model-gateway concepts, token metering, and cost attribution.
BFSI / regulated-industry experience; PII handling and data-residency awareness.
Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability (Prometheus / Grafana).

Collaboration:



embedded with the Bank's platform-engineering and product team; agile delivery in two-week sprints; code review with in-house engineers; knowledge transfer and documentation are mandatory deliverables.
Workplace: work performed on Bank-provided settings and accounts per the Bank's access policy.
Security & compliance: adherence to the Bank's information-security, data-privacy, and change-management policies; secure-coding standards; audit-ready deliverables. Background verification and NDA required. No data may be exported from Bank systems.
