We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer Production with 4 to 9 years of experience in HVAC, assembly line operations, and production management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in daily work management and production MIS preparation. This position is based in Blue Star Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Analyze production data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets.

Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in production management or a related field.
Solid knowledge of HVAC, assembly line operations, and production management principles.
