We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.





Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of testers.
Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or Appium is highly desirable.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
