We are looking for a skilled Workday Time Tracking Consultant with expertise in Kronos/UKG to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in time tracking and consulting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Design and implement effective time tracking processes using Workday and Kronos/UKG tools.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in time tracking processes.
Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators related to time tracking.
Provide training and support to end-users on new time tracking systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to time tracking and resolve them efficiently.
Job Requirements

Experience working with Workday and Kronos/UKG tools.
