Key Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains aligned with product and engineering goals.
Establish governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across teams.
Lead multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.
Define KPIs such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, and drive continuous improvement.
Accountable for automation ROI, defect leakage trends, and release confidence across programs.
Drive adoption of advanced practices such as intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality, and self-healing test strategies.
Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to ensure systems are designed for testability and observability.
Oversee risk management, reporting,



and audit readiness of QA processes across programs.
Build and mentor high-performing automation teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence and quality-first mindset.
