Role & responsibilities
Liaisoning with Government bodies to get required license & compliance such as BOCW, factory license, Registration of Contract labour, EPF as per various labour laws
Contract labour management -Screening of Manpower supplier, involvement in screening skilled workforce, Standard deployment of contract labour.
Handling Internal & External audit.
Executing Rate contracts of Labour suppliers.
Ensure compliance related to applicable labour laws.
Organizing pre-employment /medical Check-up for workers
Data Management - data Analytics & MIS.
Updating Legatrix.
Liaisoning with Local Sarpanch, leader, Police & valuable repo with nearest industry etc.
Engagement Apprentices as per Apprenticeship Act.
Filing challans and returns monthly,



quarterly & annually.
Setting up Grievance mechanism, Providing awareness session to workers w.r.t government schemes and advantages, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Sound knowledge of recent labour codes and its compliances

Understanding labour relations needs.

Excellent written and oral communications skills in local language

Well versed with Microsoft office (Excel,word etc)

Experience in statutory compliance and labour laws.

Experience in contract labour management.

Experience in Employee relation & Industrial relation.
