We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Healthcare Solution Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for healthcare solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Provide training and support to end-users on healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements through the use of healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of healthcare domain knowledge and experience working with healthcare clients.
