We are looking for a highly skilled Neurosurgeon with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team at a 100 bedded hospital in Bidar, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have an MS/DNB in General Surgery and MCh in Neurosurgery.

Roles and Responsibility
Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with precision and care.
Provide expert neurological consultations and diagnoses to patients.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for various neurological conditions.
Collaborate with other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgery and apply them in practice.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Kannada language is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions is necessary.
A robust commitment to delivering high-quality patient care is expected.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in neurosurgery is preferred.
