CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility
Process: Pure International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through international voice calls.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.




Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Handle customer concerns, requests, and escalations as per process guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
Meet process-specific quality and productivity requirements.
Work effectively during US night shifts.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
Experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process.
Exposure to inbound and/or outbound voice support.
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
Willingness to work from office.
